Huawei, once one of the best names in the smartphone world, is now having difficulties due to the problem it has with Google. For this reason, the company, which introduced the new operating system HarmonyOS, came to the fore with remarkable claims. According to rumors, Huawei will say goodbye to Android completely with the HarmonyOS Next version.
Huawei will install its own operating system with HarmonyOS Next!
There has been a long-running war between the USA and China. This trade war greatly affected technology companies. The company most affected was Huawei. Thereupon, the company’s separation with Google was a big deal.
Unable to use services such as Google’s Play Store despite all these problems, Huawei launched its new operating system HarmonyOS. Huaewi, which offers HarmonyOS under the name of its own operating system, says that this system is not Android-based. But it’s not exactly like that.
The reason for this is that HarmonyOS can run APK extension files, which are part of the Android system and enable installation of applications. However, the news emerging today shows that this situation will change soon. Allegedly, Huawei will completely break away from Android services with the HarmonyOS Next version.
The company held a conference earlier this year. At this conference, he talked about the operating system he called “HarmonyOS Next”. Other than that, he did not give any details about the new version. However, the claims reveal that the new version may be an operating system that will not include Android services.
The biggest evidence for these claims emerged a few months ago. Some demo videos about HarmonyOS Next were shared on Weibo, China’s social media platform. In the videos, it was seen that the operating system no longer runs APK files. This shows that Huawei is trying to introduce an independent operating system with HarmonyOS Next.
