The Huawei MatePad Edge has finally been unveiled as the brand’s newest 2-in-1 tablet solution. Huawei has officially shared the first images of this device, which has been eagerly awaited in the tech world for weeks.
What are the Huawei MatePad Edge’s features?
The new model aims to offer users a complete PC experience. Its magnetically attached keyboard allows you to transform the device into a laptop in seconds. When you attach the keyboard, users activate desktop mode, and when you detach it, you can quickly switch to the standard tablet interface.

According to leaked information, the device will feature a massive 14.2-inch OLED display. This screen size offers almost the same workspace as a standard MateBook laptop. The panel will also reportedly feature a special anti-reflective coating.
The tablet is powered by the next-generation Kirin 9 series processor. It is also stated that the device will run HarmonyOS 6 out of the box, ensuring seamless integration between hardware and software. This powerful tablet, available in Silver and Space Gray, will be fully unveiled alongside the Mate 80 series at an event on November 25th.
