Recently, Xiaomi introduced the special HyperOS 2 interface running on Android 15 and introduced the new features of the update. Now, surprise details about the new version of HyperOS have emerged.
According to the information, Xiaomi’s new update now has a brand new sharing panel. The update provides more usability in the process of transferring files and links to other devices or between platforms, making this process more intuitive, efficient and visually better.
What will the sharing menu look like with HyperOS 2?
Users will be able to change the size of the panel in a simple way. By default, it will remain at the bottom of the screen, allowing you to preview what has been shared. However, it can now also be dragged to the top to reveal more sharing options.
The new feature will also intelligently organise apps, prioritising the apps that the user uses most frequently. In addition, instead of multiple functions of the same application, a special icon will be brought to each application. So when you tap an app, a second menu will ask which option to use to complete the sharing.
Like any good update, the new panel includes fixes to bugs reported by users and improves the overall experience. To make the whole process even more streamlined, the user will no longer need to manually switch on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for sharing to take place between devices, and everything will be done automatically from the moment sharing is requested.
