In a statement, the company stated that it is aware of the potential issues and the problems some drivers are experiencing, and requested that users visit their nearest authorized service center for a solution.
The company’s statement is as follows:
“An action plan has been created regarding this issue, and a notification has been published through the app regarding free replacements for vehicles with certain model ranges and engine configurations.
Therefore, we are aware of potential malfunctions and even issues experienced by users, and we urge them to visit their nearest authorized service center for a solution.”
