How does parallel parking work with IM Motors’ digital chassis technology?
IM Motors’ digital chassis system is based on advanced technology that can control the vehicle’s movements six degrees in three axes. Thanks to this technology, parallel parking is now much simpler. This system, which is a great advantage especially for novice drivers, reduces the length of space required during the parking process by 11 percent. The system allows the front and rear wheels of the vehicle to turn in different directions, allowing the vehicle to slide sideways like a crab.
At the heart of this innovative system is IM Motors’ four-wheel steering system. This system enables the rear wheels to turn significantly, creating a diagonal movement called “crab-walk mode”. This mode makes it easy to maneuver the vehicle with a tight turning diameter of 5 meters and makes parking extremely simple, especially in tight spaces.
