With the latest improvements, creators can see the top trending songs, and hashtags on Reels, and they can find the latest trending topics earlier the trends have become popular. Thanks to the new features, creators can also edit their Reels easier by bringing together video clips, audio, stickers, and texts.
Additionally, you can now better understand how your content is performing if you are an Instagram Reels creator. The popular social media platform announced that it is adding two new metrics, total watch time and average watch time, to see your insights while viewing your reels directly. Here are the key updates:
- Central destination to find trending audio and hashtags
- Redesigned editing experience bringing together video clips, audio, stickers, and text
- New insights on total watch time and average watch time to help you better understand how your reels are performing, plus new recognitions for hitting key milestones
- Updates to gifts, including an easier way to recognize fans and bring gifts to more creators in more markets, including Australia, Canada, France, Mexico, New Zealand, and the UK.
