Sony’s action game Helldivers 2, released for PlayStation and PC platforms, has been making headlines frequently in recent days. The game has encountered a surge in interest from players, prompting the developers to double the server capacity. However, it’s being discussed that even this increase may not be sufficient for the current number of players. If this situation continues to lead to player dissatisfaction, the newly released Helldivers 2 could potentially lose many of its players.
Helldivers 2 Frenzy!
Released just last week, Helldivers 2 has garnered much more attention than anticipated. The overwhelming interest from players has overwhelmed the servers, resulting in various issues. While the game’s developers expressed gratitude to players for their overwhelming support, they also mentioned working tirelessly day and night to address the issues and find the best solution in a short time.
After considerable efforts, the server capacity of the game has been increased from 250,000 to 360,000. Although this number seems massive, it still falls short in meeting the high demand. However, it’s reported that many of the issues have significantly reduced. Moving forward, the aim is to fully resolve the capacity issue and provide players with an enjoyable Helldivers 2 experience.
Played with a third-person camera, the game offers much higher-quality graphics and gameplay compared to the first installment. Developed starting from 2020, the game was released on February 8.
