The iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max models have recently been facing heating issues. However, Apple seems to have resolved the problem with a software improvement. Here is the iOS 17.0.3 update that puts an end to the heating problem for iPhone 15 Pro models.
Why are iPhone 15 Pro models heating up?
Since the launch of the iPhone 15 series, several issues have arisen. While some of these problems might be annoying, most of them are software-related. One of these issues is heating up. The iOS 17.0.2 version brought performance and heating problems to the new iPhone models, but the new operating system has resolved all of these issues.
Having solved the problems of the 15 Pro models with the release of iOS 17.0.3, Apple now offers more stable use. With iOS 17.0.3, 15 Pro and Pro Max users, who measure 2 degrees lower temperatures during the game, no longer encounter heating problems. In fact, when we look at the temperatures measured with a thermal camera, users have seen that there is even a 7 degree temperature difference between the two operating systems.
On the other hand, iOS 17.0.3, which scored 27,381 points on Geekbench, surpasses iOS 17.0.2, which scored 27,163 points. In terms of FPS, while iOS 17.0.2 provided 105 FPS in Honor of Kings on the 15 Pro Max, iOS 17.0.3 outperforms it with 117 FPS.
In general, iOS 17.0.3 offers significant improvements in performance and heating for iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max models. How did you find iOS 17.0.3? Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments.
