iOS 17 is introduced! What will the new look of the iPhone look like?

Apple announced the iOS 17 version, which is the heart of the iPhone, during today’s WWDC 2023 event. Here are the prominent features of the new operating system!

Apple introduced the iOS 17 version, the new iteration of the iPhone operating system. The operating system includes several interface changes and multitasking features, along with updates to stock applications such as Phone, iMessage, AirDrop, Wallet, and Health.

While Apple hardware products often get leaked months or even years in advance, software leaks are less common. This is because most hardware leaks come from Apple’s vast supply chain rather than from within Apple itself. The company manages to keep software leaks to a minimum because only a few people within Apple truly have knowledge of the company’s plans.

However, this year’s iOS 17 “big picture” seems to be a relatively modest update in terms of new features, but it focuses on “nice” changes.

The codename for iOS 17 is “Dawn,” and it has gone through continuous development and testing within Apple before being released today at WWDC.

New call screen and contacts design

Apple introduced a new customization feature for the calling and contacts screen in iOS 17, similar to the personalization features introduced in iOS 16.

New check-in, paste and filter features to iMessage

iMessage apps have been “elegantly tucked away,” updating them as a nice way to say they have been sent to a lovely farm in the countryside where someone will love them.

New Control Center design

However, iOS 17 includes some nice features that address some of the most requested features from users. One of Apple’s focal points in iOS 17 is the Control Center.

AirDrop-like data transfer: NameDrop

With this feature, devices can be brought together to share photos and videos, and if files are large, they can switch to Wi-Fi. It can bring devices together to initiate shared app experiences.
