What does iOS 26 Beta 8 offer?

Apple introduced iOS 26 with the promise of a “striking new design, powerful Apple Intelligence capabilities, and revamped apps.” Beta versions released throughout the development process have revealed how these claims have materialized. Beta 2 improved the readability of Control Center, while beta 4 brought back the notification summaries feature for news apps.

Which Devices Will Receive the iOS 26 Update?

The new operating system, along with its innovations, bids farewell to some older iPhone models. iOS 26 will be available for all newer models, including the iPhone 11 and iPhone SE (2nd generation). This means that iPhone XR, iPhone XS, and iPhone XS Max users will no longer receive major software updates.
