Information about the iPhone 16 has started to emerge little by little as we get closer to the release. According to the latest rumors, the iPhone 16 will feature a redesigned camera bump with vertically aligned lenses. A new image shared on social media reveals this design and new color options.
iPhone 16 colors and camera bump leaked
The iPhone 16’s camera layout is notable for the vertical alignment of the main camera and ultra-wide lens. This change will enable iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus to support spatial video recording. Spatial video recording is currently only available on the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max. This new layout follows the relocation of the iPhone 15 Pro’s three camera lenses.
Mock-up units of the new iPhone 16 model show the camera bump is thinner and vertically aligned. This draws attention as an important innovation in design. The images also reveal the color options of the new iPhone 16 series.
The current colors of the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus models include blue, yellow, pink, green and black. However, according to Ming-Chi Kuo’s reports, the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus will come in the following colors:
- Blue
- Pink
- White
- Black
- Green
The new images also reveal the more specific shades Apple has planned for these colors.
The iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus models come with an A18 chip, 8GB of RAM, a new shooting button on the right side, and a new Action button. These new models will be announced in September, along with the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max and new Apple Watch hardware.
