As Apple prepares to introduce the iPhone 16 series on September 9, exciting leaks continue to come. This time, the silicone case designed for the iPhone 16 has given important clues about the device. According to new leaks, the independent photo button (Capture Button) on the iPhone 16 models will not be a button as expected. Here are the details…
Capture Button on iPhone 16 series won’t be a physical button! It comes with Taptic Engine feature
The button, which will be located on the side frame of the device, will have a smooth, touch-sensitive and capacitive structure. In other words, although it will not feel like you are pressing a physical button, it will sensitively detect your touches thanks to the pressure sensors under the button . Thanks to the vibration engine (Taptic Engine) underneath, it will have a feeling similar to Force Touch, as if you were pressing a real button.
A light touch will focus , and a harder press will take a photo. Taking photos, especially while moving or in difficult conditions, will be easier this way. We may even see the option to switch between photo and video when double-tapping.
Camera performance is also a big focus on the iPhone 16 series. The iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max models come with 48-megapixel ultra-wide-angle cameras. In addition, the iPhone 16 Pro will come with a periscope telephoto lens that supports 5x optical zoom . This will allow you to shoot distant objects clearly and in detail.
As for color options, it is certain that Apple will once again come up with different colors for users. While the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus models come in classic colors such as white, black, blue, green and pink, the Pro models will offer a more premium design with a titanium frame.
But the real eye-catcher will be the new bronze color . This bronze color will replace the titanium blue of previous generations and will add an elegant touch to the iPhone 16 Pro models. What do you think about these innovations? You can write your opinions in the comments section below.
