Apple’s iPhone 16e, which was released last month, has become a subject of debate due to issues with the Bluetooth audio connection. While user experiences regarding the device, which went on sale in Turkey on February 28, are beginning to emerge, complaints about the connection being periodically disconnected while listening to music or making voice calls via Bluetooth are increasing.
iPhone 16e is being talked about with Bluetooth issues
Many users on Apple forums and social media platforms claim that this issue only occurs with the iPhone 16e model. However, they state that they did not encounter any issues with other iPhone models when they tested it with the same headphones or speakers.

The expectation for a software update regarding the issue has not been met so far. Apple recently released the iOS 18.3.2 update, but users reported that the issue persists despite the update.
Some customers even took their devices to Apple and requested a replacement. It is stated that at least one user has so far had a direct replacement with a new device without any additional steps. However, it turned out that the same issue was experienced with the replaced device.
Apple has not yet made an official statement on the issue, and it is not clear whether the problem is hardware or software. Users expect the company to provide a solution to the problem with a comprehensive update or hardware improvement.
