iPhone 17e design will make the notch a thing of the past

The leaked iPhone 17e design suggests the notch will be replaced by Dynamic Island. Here are all the details about the new model.

Leaked new information about Apple’s affordable iPhone series has created excitement in the tech world. The latest renders indicate a radical change in the highly anticipated iPhone 17e design. The company is preparing to completely abandon the notch-like design of the previous generation with this new model.

According to leaked concept images, the new device resembles a single-camera version of the standard iPhone 17. The most striking change is in the display. Apple is ditching the “notch” in this model in favor of Dynamic Island technology, thus integrating its modern design language across the entire product line.

While the device’s display has a modern look, some technical limitations appear to remain. The phone is expected to feature a 6.1-inch panel and maintain its standard 60Hz refresh rate. Powered by the next-generation A19 chip, it’s rumored that this chip’s GPU cores will be slightly more limited.

Significant improvements to the camera are also expected. There’ll be a single 48-megapixel wide-angle camera on the rear. On the front, there’ll be an 18-megapixel selfie camera with Center Stage support. Additionally, the device will feature Apple’s own C1 modem and N1 wireless chip, improving connectivity.
