Apple is constantly experimenting with new designs in iPhone development processes. As you know, with the iPhone 14 Pro, Apple gave up the notch on Pro models. This design, which is almost synonymous with iPhone, has been replaced by a large camera and sensor island. However, in the newly revealed prototype for the iPhone 13 4ro, Apple could have come up with a different camera and FaceID sensor design.
iPhone 14 Pro, a different front camera design has emerged with the prototype!
Apple came up with the first notched iPhone design with the iPhone X model, which it designed for its tenth anniversary years ago. At that time, this design, which some liked and some knocked down, became one of the iconic design symbols of iPhone models for many years.
Apple left this notch design, which is also very necessary for FaceID, behind with the iPhone 14 Pro. Again, with the iPhone 15 models, the notch design in basic models has also disappeared. At that time, it was among the rumors about how the iPhone 14 Pro design would be. It was among those known that Apple would give up the notch. However, it was a matter of curiosity what kind of front camera design would be in iPhone 14 models.
A newly emerging iPhone 14 Pro prototype comes up with a different camera island design. In this design, which was on the agenda for a while, the front camera and FaceID sensor are located separately.
Again, the iPhone 14 Pro prototype shows a single volume rocker instead of two separate volume buttons. According to Apple Demo, which also provides information about the prototype on its X account, these buttons are tactile. So Apple has obviously been testing tactile buttons for a long time.
According to the serial number of the prototype, the model was produced on May 23-29, 2021. Although this is before the iPhone 13 launch, Apple is starting to develop new model durability prototypes earlier. In this sense, it is also revealed that Apple started to give up the notch before introducing the iPhone 13 models.
Apple continues to use the framed design from the first iPhone models since the iPhone 12. In this sense, it is a matter of curiosity whether the company will return to the rounded-edged design that it passed with the iPhone 7.
What do you think of the prototype design developed for the iPhone 14 Pro? Do you think it would have been better if Apple had continued with this camera design for the iPhone 14 Pro? We are waiting for your comments and opinions.
