Cryptocurrencies, often regarded as the currency of the future, continue to dominate headlines. In recent months, Bitcoin has repeatedly broken records. Although this trend has reversed lately, we can still say that cryptocurrency is maintaining a certain level of momentum. So, what is the current value of Bitcoin?

Current Bitcoin Value
On December 17, Bitcoin reached an all-time high of $108,000. While this delighted investors, the cryptocurrency couldn’t sustain this level for long. Over the following days, it traded around $100,000 before falling below that threshold on December 19.
From December 19 onward, despite multiple attempts, Bitcoin couldn’t climb back to $100,000. The asset even dropped to $91,000 on December 30 but later managed to recover, attempting to reach the $100,000 level again. At the time of writing this article, Bitcoin’s value stands at approximately $93,000.
One of the most significant factors behind the fluctuations in the cryptocurrency market is the U.S. Presidential Election. Donald Trump, who served as President of the United States between 2017 and 2021, has reclaimed the presidency after defeating his opponent Kamala Harris. Trump has now become the 47th President of the U.S. Experts believe that Trump’s influence on the markets will persist for a while.
