Black, a long-standing classic and one of the most preferred colors by users, may not find a place in the iPhone 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max models.

According to China-based leak sources and supply chain reports, Apple plans to continue the “blackless” strategy it allegedly started with the iPhone 17 Pro series into the iPhone 18 Pro models. Having shifted toward more metallic and polished tones instead of black in the previous generation, the tech giant is preparing to experiment with a much bolder palette for its next-gen devices.
So, what will replace black? According to claims, Apple is currently concentrating on three main colors:
