Lenovo has officially introduced the latest model in its Legion gaming series: the Legion Y700 (2025). Designed with mobile gamers in mind, the tablet combines powerful specs and immersive features. The device is scheduled to go on sale in China starting May 31, 2025.

The Legion Y700 (2025) features an 8.8-inch LCD display with a 3K resolution and a 16:10 aspect ratio. The panel supports a 165Hz refresh rate, 98% DCI-P3 color gamut, DC Dimming technology, and up to 600 nits of peak brightness, making it ideal for high-performance gaming visuals.

Under the hood, the tablet is powered by Qualcomm’s top-tier Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, which also powers flagship smartphones like the Galaxy S25 Ultra and OnePlus 13. It offers up to 16GB of LPDDR4X Ultra RAM and 512GB of internal storage, with support for up to 2TB of expandable storage via microSD card.
In terms of cameras, the device includes a 50MP rear camera and an 8MP front-facing selfie camera. For audio, the Y700 is equipped with a Dolby Atmos-supported stereo speaker system. It houses a 7600mAh battery with support for 68W fast wired charging. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. The tablet runs on Android 15 with Lenovo’s custom ZUI 16 interface.
The Legion Y700 (2025) is also compatible with a dedicated gaming accessory called the G9 Gamepad, which transforms the tablet into a handheld console. Sold separately for $70, the controller enhances the device’s gaming experience.
The tablet will be available in two color options — black and white — and is priced starting at approximately 3,299 Yuan (~$456 USD).
