LG has unveiled its monitor aimed at content creators.
The 31.5-inch IPS panel offers a 4K resolution, representing 3840×2160 pixels. Featuring a 60Hz refresh rate, the monitor covers 95% of the DCI-P3 color gamut, ensuring high performance, particularly in video and graphics editing, where color accuracy is critical. The device boasts a maximum brightness of 350 nits and a static contrast ratio of 1000:1.

The monitor also incorporates the ergonomic advantages of the UltraFine Display Ergo series, from which it derives its name. It offers 130mm of vertical travel, 180mm of depth adjustment, 280-degree horizontal rotation, 90-degree vertical rotation, and 25-degree tilt adjustment. This allows the user to precisely adjust the display to their working position. The C-clamp stand can be secured to desks up to 90mm thick.
Connection options include two HDMI inputs, one DisplayPort 1.4, and one USB Type-C port. The USB Type-C port can deliver 60W of power, making it possible to charge devices such as laptops.
The monitor also supports AMD FreeSync, reducing image tearing. The model, which comes with dual 5W speakers, is also optimized for macOS compatibility.
The UltraFine Display Ergo 32UN880K, which won the Red Dot design award, was initially released in China for $474. No official announcement has yet been made regarding its availability in other markets.
