LG increased its revenues thanks to its OLED strategy
The company’s revenues increased by 15 percent compared to the same period last year. This growth was driven by the increase in OLED panel shipments for TV, IT and mobile devices, as well as changes in exchange rates.

The share of OLED products in total revenue reached 55 percent, indicating that the company’s strategic transformation process is paying off. LG Display also achieved an improvement of approximately 500 billion won in operating profit compared to the same period last year.
When looking at the company’s revenue distribution; TV panels account for 22 percent of total revenues, panels for IT devices account for 35 percent, and products for mobile and other devices account for 34 percent.
LG Display continues to increase its competitiveness in the small and medium OLED segment. In particular, on the IT devices side, it aims to further strengthen its leadership in this area by focusing on Tandem OLED technology.
