LG Electronics has introduced a new generation of home appliances equipped with productive artificial intelligence to celebrate the tenth anniversary of its LG SIGNATURE brand. Built on the company’s AI Core-Tech platform, this new series analyzes user habits and automatically optimizes appliance settings without requiring intervention.
LG Increases the AI Level
One of the standout members of the series, the LG SIGNATURE Refrigerator, can communicate with users in natural language thanks to its Large Language Model (LLM). The 6.8-inch LCD screen on the front of the appliance serves as the central hub for these interactions. AI Fresh technology tracks the frequency of door openings, initiating the cooling process two hours before potential use and maintaining the internal temperature.

The Smart InstaView model of the refrigerator comes with ThinQ Food features that digitize kitchen management. Cameras placed inside the appliance automatically identify ingredients in the refrigerator; suggesting recipes suitable for existing products or offering alternatives for missing ingredients. When the panel is not in use, the T-OLED screen displays aesthetic visuals, transforming it into a decorative part of the kitchen.
Another piece in the series, the LG SIGNATURE Smart Oven, stands out with its “Gourmet AI” capabilities. The oven’s camera is capable of visually recognizing over 85 different foods. The device automatically determines the cooking temperature, time, and mode according to the type of food without requiring any manual input.
Thanks to the AI Browning feature, the toasting level of the bread is monitored in real-time, and a notification is sent to the user via the ThinQ app when the target tone is reached. Users can also watch the cooking process live on their mobile devices and share a time-lapse video of the process on social media.
This new collection, which maintains a minimalist design, will make its world debut at CES 2026 in Las Vegas, January 6-9.
