Logitech has launched the new G304 X Lightspeed wireless gaming mouse in the Chinese market, building upon the legacy of the G304 and G305 models. While maintaining the external design lines of previous series, the new generation mouse features radical changes in its hardware infrastructure.
Logitech Announces New Gaming Mouse
The most notable innovation is the use of a built-in 290mAh lithium battery, replacing AA batteries. This change reduces the device’s total weight to 57 grams. Logitech has also redesigned the internal architecture of the case to reflect this new center of gravity, improving balance and control in games.

The device offers sensitivity between 100 and 25,000 DPI with its Hero 25K optical sensor. The company announced that a future software update will increase this limit to 25,600 DPI. Technical specifications include a 1000Hz response time, tracking speeds exceeding 400 IPS, and 40G acceleration tolerance.
On the connectivity side, it uses the renewed Lightspeed 2.4GHz wireless technology. This system maintains connection stability in environments with high interference while also reducing latency. Users can also operate the device in wired mode via USB-C if they wish.
The G304 X, which boasts impressive power management, offers 106 hours of uninterrupted wireless use on a full charge. Thanks to its fast charging feature, a 10-minute charge provides approximately 11 hours of performance. Users can also continue playing games while charging the device.
Offering support for five different profiles thanks to its built-in memory, the mouse is equipped with switches with a 20 million click lifespan. Available in four different colors – black, white, purple, and pink – pricing information has not yet been shared. The device is fully compatible with both Windows and macOS operating systems.
