MediaTek is set to heat up the race in the high-end flagship world. The latest Dimensity 9300+ chipset to compete with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and Gen 4 has been revealed. What does the processor rumored to come with the vivo X100S Pro offer?
vivo X100S Pro will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9300+
The smartphone with model number V2324HA recently appeared on the Geekbench platform. It also revealed the features of the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset for the first time.
According to the Geekbench list, Dimensity 9300+; Dimensity 9300’s cores running at 3.25GHz will increase to 3.4GHz. The processor will be available with one main Cortex-X4 core, three performance Cortex-X4 cores at 2.85GHz and four efficient Cortex-A710 cores at 2GHz.
The chipset’s GPU is listed as Immortalis G715 MC12 running at 1300MHz. Other features such as the 1+3+4 CPU configuration will remain unchanged from the Dimensity 9300.
Early rumors from China indicated that the V2324HA model will be the vivo X100S Pro. This will be a revamped and much more powerful version of the vivo X100 Pro, which was previously launched with the Dimensity 9300 chip.
The X100S Pro is rumored to launch in late April or early May alongside the flagship X100 Ultra and the mid-range X100S. It will retain the X100 Pro’s Zeiss telephoto camera and 5400mAh battery. MediaTek’s Dimensity 9300+ is expected to be announced in April.
