Microsoft announced a series of innovations for Microsoft 365 Copilot at its Ignite event. Perhaps the most striking of these innovations is Copilot Actions, which is said to make things easier in the business world. Copilot Actions allows users to automate their daily routines with a simple command. For example, tasks such as summarizing Teams meetings, creating weekly reports or preparing meeting materials will be much simpler.
In addition to daily tasks, Copilot Actions will also offer many innovations in Microsoft 365 applications. For example, PowerPoint users can now automatically translate their presentations into more than 40 languages. In fact, the new Copilot Narrative Builder feature will make it possible to create truly seamless presentations with branding templates, speaker notes, transition effects and animations.
In Excel, Copilot will help to quickly create impressive spreadsheets with headings, formulas and chart suggestions tailored to user needs.
On the Outlook side, Copilot will now be even more capable of scheduling one-to-one meetings and preparing meeting agendas. This feature will be available to all users by the end of November. However, AI support is also being expanded for SharePoint users.
