Motorola has added a new entry-level smartphone to its G series this time with a serious battery upgrade. The Moto G57 Power has officially launched in India, just weeks after making its first appearance in Europe. With a Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 chipset, Android 16 out of the box, and a massive 7,000 mAh battery, this phone brings more than you’d expect at its modest price point.

Powering the Moto G57 Power is Qualcomm’s 4 nm Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 chip, the same one used in the standard Moto G57. It’s paired with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage though there’s no microSD card slot for expansion. To help with multitasking, the phone supports virtual RAM expansion up to 24 GB.

What really sets it apart is the 7,000 mAh battery, backed by 33 W fast charging. That’s a notable upgrade over most budget phones, and more than enough for two-day use on a single charge.

The Moto G57 Power features a 6.7-inch LCD display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and 2,400 × 1,080 resolution. It hits up to 1,050 nits peak brightness, making it more usable outdoors than many of its budget rivals. Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protects the screen, and the 85.97% screen-to-body ratio keeps bezels in check.

On the camera side, Motorola includes a 50 MP Sony LYTIA 600 main sensor and an 8 MP ultrawide with a 119.5° field of view. Selfies and video calls are handled by an 8 MP front camera.

For buyers who want endurance without sacrificing modern features, the Moto G57 Power punches far above its weight and its price.
