Motorola has launched X30 Pro into global markets as Motorola Edge 30 Ultra. The Motorola X30 Pro was a flagship exclusive to the Chinese market and launched last month. The company launched the same phone outside of China under the name of Motorola Edge 30 Ultra.
Motorola Edge 30 Ultra: Everything you need to know
This stylishly designed device draws attention especially when it comes to the camera, because the phone has a 200-megapixel main camera. The phone uses the ISOCELL HP1 sensor developed specifically by Samsung. This 200-megapixel 1/1.22-inch sensor is smaller than the 1-inch Sony sensor in the Xiaomi 12S Ultra, but with a considerably higher resolution.
This sensor, which is supported by a large lens on the phone, does not guarantee photo quality with high resolution alone. This large resolution must be processed with very good algorithms and supported by powerful ISPs. Just like other flagship rivals, Motorola Edge 30 Ultra uses Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1.
The phone, which has a 6.67-inch FullHD + 144 Hz OLED display, carries a 60-megapixel selfie camera on the front. The smartphone offers 8 GB RAM + 128 GB, 8 GB RAM + 256 GB and 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage options. In addition to the 200-MP main camera, there are also 50-MP ultra-wide-angle + 12-MP 2x telephoto cameras on the back.
The new Motorola flagship with the fingerprint sensor under the screen is here with a 4,500 mAh battery. It offers 125W charging with a cable and 50W wireless charging. The model with 128 GB storage will have a price tag in Europe of 900 euros.
