Netflix Game Controller will let you play games on your TV
Although Netflix is a streaming platform, it has been releasing games for about a year. Also, the company is developing the section with new updates and games. The latest feature will allow users to play supported gaming titles from Netflix on their TV by pairing their phone or tablet. Netflix’s Game Controller app has appeared on App Store, and it seems to be available on iPhones and iPads soon.
When we look at the released images of the upcoming app, we can see that there is a directional stick on the left side and A-B-X-Y buttons on the right. Additionally, there are Netflix and Menu buttons in the middle. For now, there are no details about when the Android version of the Gaming Controller app is planned to release.
Netflix explains, “Coming soon to Netflix. Play games on your TV with the Netflix Game Controller. This Game Controller app pairs with your TV and allows you to play games on Netflix using your phone or mobile device.”
