Netflix is now making it easier to learn a language while watching a series on TV. The platform has significantly expanded its language support by making all language options available to users watching on TV.
Netflix is making it easier to learn a foreign language
This way, users will be able to watch a series with different language combinations, such as watching it with Spanish voice-over and Korean subtitles. This feature, which was previously only available on the mobile app and web version, is now available on all TV-based devices such as smart TVs, media boxes and game consoles.

Previously, Netflix only offered a limited number of language options based on the user’s location and settings. However, with this update, users will be able to choose between all available languages when watching any production.
Dorian Rosenburg, who made a statement on behalf of Netflix, stated that until now, television users had to make do with limited language options for each production and that this update was a feature that had been requested for a long time.
Rosenburg also emphasized that almost one-third of the content watched on Netflix was in languages other than English, and stated that this new feature increased the accessibility of the global content catalog. This innovation could be a turning point for those trying to learn a foreign language.
It will now be possible to adjust both the audio and subtitle language according to the language you want to learn while watching your favorite series and movies. Moreover, there is no need to download any third-party applications to do this.
