Samsung’s leadership in foldable phone technology is being taken to the next level with its new flagship featuring three foldable displays. Leaked information about this model, which the company plans to release by the end of the year and is likely to be called the Galaxy Z TriFold, is creating significant excitement in the tech world. Here are the new leaked features.
Galaxy Z TriFold Will Support Wireless Charging
Official animations shared by X (formerly Twitter) user TechHighest confirm three key features that will enhance the Galaxy Z TriFold’s user experience. First, an animation of the phone being placed on a wireless charger suggests the device will support wireless charging.
In the second animation, users can charge accessories like Galaxy Buds by placing them on the back of the phone. This demonstrates the availability of reverse wireless charging. Given the thin and compact nature of foldable phones, it was thought that this feature would require sacrificing internal space.
The third and final animation shows users being able to make contactless payments by placing their phones near a payment device, confirming the seamless integration of NFC payments. The Galaxy Z TriFold stands out not only with these features, but also with the unique multitasking capabilities offered by its triple-layer display. A previously leaked animation shed light on the device’s design and camera setup, highlighting the phone’s use of NFC functionality.
