Razer unveiled its new Razer Kraken V4 Pro headset during the Razercon 2024 event this weekend. The company’s new headset model attracted attention with its stylish design as well as functional features that appeal to gamers. Here are the details…
Razer Kraken V4 Pro features
Razer Kraken V4 Pro, the newest member of the Kraken V4 series, is equipped with Razer Sensa HD Haptics as well as Razer Chroma RGB. Featuring an OLED control hub, the headset completes the Kraken series with the Kraken V4 and Kraken V4 X models.
With the help of Sensa HD Haptics technology, which is directly integrated into major titles such as Hogwarts Legacy, Stalker 2, Final Fantasy 16 and the highly anticipated Silent Hill 2, players experience a sensory experience that blurs boundaries.
According to Razer, between in-game action and reality, it’s possible to feel everything from the hum of bullets to the gentle vibrations of distant storms. This makes the headset a functional companion for gamers who want to ‘crank up the volume’.
The headset’s new OLED control centre allows for extensive customisation, displaying critical computer metrics, managing audio sources and adjusting settings in real-time.
Razer’s new headset also features the Razer HyperClear Super Wideband microphone, which is also found on the BlackShark V2 Pro. This retractable microphone covers a wider frequency range to deliver professional-grade, high-resolution audio clarity, according to the brand.
Finally, the Kraken V4 Pro is designed with patented 40mm Razer TriForce Bio-Cellulose drivers and THX Spatial Audio, producing high-quality, natural sound and realistic positional audio. Razer Kraken V4 Pro does not have a release date yet.
