Nubia’s highly anticipated new flagship smartphone, the Nubia Z80 Ultra, is finally available in global markets after its launch in China on October 22nd. The device, which has been attracting tech enthusiasts worldwide, including the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom, stands out with its high-end performance and remarkable battery capacity.
Notchless Cinematic Display and Powerful Performance
The Z80 Ultra’s front design is distinctive. The front camera is hidden under the display, providing a seamless viewing experience without any notches or punch-holes. The phone features a large 6.85-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 2,000 nits peak brightness, and a resolution of 1,216 x 2,688 pixels. The extremely thin bezels enhance the cinematic viewing experience. The front camera, hidden under the display, has a 16MP resolution.
At the heart of this performance is the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. This processor transforms the Z80 Ultra into a powerhouse capable of handling the most demanding tasks.
The Nubia Z80 Ultra raises the bar significantly in terms of battery capacity. The device is equipped with a massive 7,200mAh Si/C (Silicon/Carbon) battery. This high capacity is matched by impressive charging speeds: 90W wired charging and 80W wireless charging are supported.
On the rear, the camera module features a redesigned triple camera setup compared to the previous model:

The Z80 Ultra also features the advanced connectivity features expected of modern flagships. Additionally, dual speakers and five microphones with DTS:X Ultra support ensure premium audio and communication quality.
Running the MyOS operating system, the phone features an IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance rating and a user-customizable Slide Key.
The Nubia Z80 Ultra is available globally in Black, White, and Starry Night.
