Nvidia 581.80 Driver Released
Players who install the 581.80 Game Ready driver will experience improved performance and image quality in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7. The new driver includes Nvidia DLSS 4 Upscaling and Multi-Frame Rendering technologies for higher frame rates, as well as Nvidia Reflex technology for reduced system latency.

The driver doesn’t just bring support for the new Call of Duty game. Ubisoft’s city-building and management game Anno 117, which launches on November 13th, also gains DLSS support on PC. Additionally, this driver adds DLSS Super Resolution, which will boost frame rates for Paradox Interactive’s upcoming historical strategy game, Europa Universalis V.
The 581.80 Game Ready driver not only supports new games but also addresses some existing issues. Among the bugs fixed with the driver are performance improvements when using DLSS Frame Rendering in F1 25 and a crash when launching Vulkan applications on Core 2 Duo or Core 2 Quad processors.
Nvidia also states that it is continuing to address some issues. These include issues such as text corruption in Counter-Strike 2 when the in-game resolution is lower than the native resolution, and flickering lights in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, which remain unresolved after the driver update on some systems.
