Samsung continues to roll out the Android 14-based One UI 6 update for all its devices. The update, currently in beta, has now started rolling out for watches as well. The One UI 6 Watch update in beta version has been released for Galaxy Watch 4, Galaxy Watch 5, and Galaxy Watch 6 in the USA and Korea. Here are the features that come with One UI 6 Watch beta…
The One UI 6 Watch beta update brings many features
One UI 6 Watch comes as a version based on Wear OS version 5. Introducing Galaxy AI features first seen in the S24 series to smartwatches, this update also brings many new features. The more user-friendly health and sleep tracking-focused One UI 6 Watch beta may become available in more countries in the coming days.
Despite being the first beta version of the new operating system, the update includes dozens of features and was released on June 12th. Finger gestures, which we are familiar with from the Apple Watch, are now also available on Galaxy Watches. Additionally, One UI 6 Watch, which can perform more detailed sleep analysis and monitor energy levels, also improves notifications.
You can now answer calls, turn off alarms, check notifications, control music, take photos, and more by touching your thumb and index finger together twice. With the new update, simply moving your wrist back and forth is enough to return to the previous screen.
