OnePlus is preparing to officially unveil the OnePlus 15, the next member of its flagship series, in China in October. Early leaks and benchmarks suggest the device will be a mobile gaming beast, boasting a higher refresh rate display than all previous OnePlus models and the latest chipset. Here are the games and details that support 165Hz.
165Hz Games
The OnePlus 15 surpasses the standard 120Hz refresh rate used by most flagships on the market. The new model will feature a 6.78-inch BOE X3 Oriental AMOLED panel and offer a 165Hz refresh rate. This leap will be a significant advantage, especially in competitive mobile games where milliseconds matter.

OnePlus China President Louis Lee confirmed on Weibo that popular games like Call of Duty Mobile, Delta Force, Arena Breakout, League of Legends: Wild Rift, and Naruto Mobile will run with 165fps support on the new phone.
Trials conducted by independent testing organization Geekerwan showed that the Delta Force game ran at an average of 164.9 fps for 30 minutes. This performance is achieved with a relatively low power consumption of just 4.7W, proving the device’s impressive performance in terms of both stability and battery efficiency.
At the heart of the OnePlus 15 will be the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, ushering in a new era in mobile performance. The new chipset promises a 20% CPU and 23% GPU improvement over the previous generation found in the OnePlus 13.
Leaked Geekbench results show a 25% increase in single-core performance and a score of approximately 11,000 for multi-core performance. The device is said to feature ColorOS 16, ultra-thin bezels, and a massive 7,000 mAh battery for long gaming sessions. The battery is also supported by 120W fast charging technology, minimizing user waiting time.
The OnePlus 15’s pricing strategy could give it a strong market position. Rumors suggest the device’s starting price will be CNY 4,499 (~$630), below the OnePlus 13’s launch price.
