The Strawberry project aims to enable AI not only to answer questions but also to autonomously browse the internet and conduct deep research reliably. The details of the project are kept strictly confidential even within the company. However, a source from within OpenAI stated that Strawberry’s AI models will undergo a special final training process after the initial pre-training. Accordingly, the AI model will be overseen by different AIs before it meets the end-user.
An employee at OpenAI has resigned, citing concerns over safety issues and the concept of AI systems surpassing human capabilities.
