OPPO has started the countdown for the highly anticipated Find X8S. The reports that have emerged so far indicate that the model will be price/performance focused. The latest developments, however, have eliminated the question marks in minds about the design of the device.
OPPO Find X8S seen in the flesh
Chinese actor Li Xian was recently seen using the OPPO Find X8S model, which reveals all the details about the design of the phone. Accordingly, a circular camera setup will greet us in the product. There is a perforated panel with thin frames at the front.
The Product Manager of the OPPO Find series shared the front panel of the upcoming Find X8S model. According to the image, the device will have one of the thinnest frames in the industry. In addition, the model was compared to the iPhone 16 Pro Max in this regard. The frame thickness is expected to be under 1.38 mm.
The awaited iPhone 17 series may break new ground with camera. The front camera in particular will rise to a higher level in the new series.
According to past reports, the smartphone will have a 6.31-inch OLED screen. This panel will offer 1.5K resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate and an in-screen fingerprint reader. Moreover, it will be powered by the Dimensity 9400 Plus chipset, which is expected to be released soon. It should also be noted that the phone, which will be powered by a 5,700 mAh battery, will have 80W wired and 50W magnetic wireless charging support.
The model will welcome us with a triple camera setup consisting of a 50 MP OIS-supported main, 8 MP ultra-wide angle and 50 MP Samsung JN5 periscope telephoto lens. In addition, it will come with an IP68/IP69 certified and durable case. Finally, it is stated that its thickness will be under 8.15 mm and its weight will be less than 187 grams.
