PlayStation has launched a new rewards program that transforms trophies earned in games into tangible gifts. This program, called “Franchise Rewards,” allows players to earn access to various themed items using special trophies earned in games, which they can then purchase.

The first phase of the program features Ghost of Tsushima. Players who earn the “Living Legend” Platinum trophy in the game gain access to a $25 commemorative badge. Those who earn the “Mono No Aware” Gold trophy receive a $30 t-shirt. This program does not grant direct access to the items as gifts, but rather offers the opportunity to purchase these special items.

It has been announced that other games, such as Ghost of Yotei, will be included in the program in the future. To access the rewards, players must log in to the program website with their PlayStation accounts by December 31st.
