The news that Red Dead Redemption fans have been waiting for a long time has finally arrived. According to the information revealed in a new data mining study, Rockstar is giving up its long years of stubbornness and is finally preparing the Red Dead Redemption 1 PC port!
Red Dead Redemption 1 is coming to PC!
Data mining by Dataminer and Tez2, an active Rockstar community member, has revealed that RDR and its add-on pack Undead Nightmare are coming to the PC platform. Screenshots revealed in an update to Rockstar’s client site files indicate that Red Dead Redemption may now be ready for desktop players.
Red Dead Redemption has been in high demand by PC gamers since its release for PS3 and Xbox 360 in 2010. RDR 2, the sequel to the game, was brought to PC a year after its PS4 release. In this process, no official announcement was made about porting the first game to PC. That’s why RDR coming to the PC platform was a long-awaited development and now it looks like it’s finally happening.
With the game coming to PC, players are expected to enjoy this legendary game with better graphics and performance. Fans are also excited to see the iconic Undead Nightmare add-on pack coming to PC.
Considering some of Rockstar’s recent releases have been disappointing (GTA Trilogy: Definitive Edition), with RDR coming to PC, gamers are hoping for a better experience this time around.
