As we approach the final quarter of the year in the Android market, excitement is building. The announcement of devices powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset, which will be unveiled by Qualcomm at the Snapdragon Summit in September 2025, is generating considerable excitement. Now, the Red Magic 11 Pro, expected to be powered by this processor, has been spotted in Geekbench. Here are the details.
Red Magic 11 Pro to be Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 SoC
The Red Magic 11 Pro, developed and to be unveiled by Nubia, has been spotted on Geekbench with the Nubia NX809J model powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2. While it hasn’t been officially announced yet, it’s highly likely.

The chipset features two cores clocked at 4.19 GHz and six cores clocked at 3.63 GHz, paired with an Adreno 840 GPU. In benchmark tests, the device scored 3,309 in the single-core test and 10,742 in the multi-core test. The listing also shows 16GB of RAM and Android 16.
For comparison, the overclocked Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 for Galaxy in the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra had two cores clocked at 4.74GHz and six cores clocked at 3.63GHz. On Geekbench, this version scored 3,393 in the single-core test and 11,515 in the multi-core test.
Another leak about the Red Magic 11 Pro suggests that the device could be the first gaming phone to feature a built-in cooling fan and offer IP68 water and dust resistance. Other specifications haven’t been released yet, but the device is expected to launch in October this year.
