Xiaomi has introduced the Redmi 15 5G. The phone comes with notable specifications such as a 144Hz screen refresh rate, a Snapdragon 6-series processor, a 7000mAh battery, and a 50MP main camera. Here are all the device’s features!
Redmi 15 5G Features and Price
The Redmi 15 5G features a 6.9-inch Full HD+ resolution display. This display offers a 144Hz refresh rate and a 288Hz touch sampling rate. It also supports Wet Touch Technology 2.0, allowing users to interact with the screen more comfortably with wet fingers.
The device is powered by the Snapdragon 6S Gen 3 processor. Its battery capacity is 7000mAh, the largest among Xiaomi’s models available in global markets. The phone supports 33W fast charging and 18W reverse charging. The device comes out of the box with Android 15-based HyperOS 2.0 and includes software features such as Circle to Search, AI Eraser, AI Sky, and Dynamic Shots.
Regarding the camera, the 50-megapixel main camera on the rear is accompanied by a secondary sensor. The front features an 8-megapixel selfie camera. The fingerprint reader is positioned on the side.
The model, which is IP64 certified and resistant to dust and splashes, offers expandable memory up to 2TB with microSD card support. With virtual RAM support, the total memory can be expanded to 16GB. Audio support includes Hi-Res Audio and Dolby Atmos.
The Redmi 15 5G, available in a single variant with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, is priced at $171. The device is available in three colors: green, gray, and black, on Xiaomi’s official website and in physical stores.
