The device will offer 4G support for seamless connectivity. The product is also equipped with a nine-layer tracking system including GPS, Beidou, Wi-Fi, A-GPS and AI-powered positioning. This system will enable parents to track their children instantly, while further strengthening security monitoring with the ability to store 90 days of location history.

The watch offers up to three days of use on a single charge with a 950 mAh battery capacity. In addition, it will adapt to children’s daily activities thanks to its water resistance function up to 20 metres. Redmi Kids Smartwatch, which supports the WeChat application widely used in China, also includes education-oriented features.
While the classroom mode allows children to focus on their lessons, the device includes applications that provide education on subjects such as music, maths, English and logical thinking. The watch also supports sports tracking with the K12 exercise system and offers customisable watch interfaces to personalise the user experience.
Data security will be prioritised with AES256 encryption support. Redmi Kids Smartwatch is available in China with a price tag of $59. So what do you think about this product? You can share your opinions with us in the comments section below.
