Xiaomi’s sub-brand, Redmi, has accelerated its work on its new flagship killer model, the Redmi K90 Max. The highly anticipated smartphone appeared in Geekbench performance tests shortly before its official introduction.
The device’s technical specifications and the scores it achieved already indicate that a new performance beast is being born in the smartphone world.
Redmi K90 Max Technical Specifications and Performance Scores
The Redmi K90 Max, appearing in the Geekbench 6.6 database with model number 2604FRK1EC, displayed a very ambitious performance.

Achieving 3,513 points in the single-core test, the device managed to reach the 10,711 points level in the multi-core test. These high scores prove that the device can easily handle the most demanding tasks.

At the heart of the device lies the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset. While it became clear that the tested prototype version had 16 GB of RAM, Redmi is also expected to offer different memory options at the sales stage.

On the software side, keeping up to date, the phone will appear before users with the Android 16-based HyperOS 3 interface.

The Redmi K90 Max is preparing to revolutionize not just with its power, but also with its cooling system. The device, stated to have the largest cooling fan ever seen in a smartphone, is claimed to be able to reduce internal temperature by 10 degrees in just 100 seconds of operation.
Despite this massive fan, it stands out as a remarkable detail that the phone maintains IP66, IP68, and IP69 dust and water resistance certifications.
The bar has also been raised significantly regarding the screen and battery. The device is said to come with a 6.83-inch OLED panel offering 1.5K resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate.
Meeting its energy needs from a massive 8,500 mAh capacity battery, the phone will be able to fill this battery in a short time thanks to 100W wired fast charging support.
The Redmi K90 Max will be officially introduced alongside the K Pad 2 tablet at an event taking place at the end of the month. This model, which has entered the radar of both gamers and users seeking high performance, looks set to shift the scales in the mobile world.
