The Rimac Nevera continues to push the boundaries of performance, shattering records and becoming one of the most formidable all-electric hypercars on the market. With 1,914 horsepower under its bonnet, the Nevera is an engineering marvel of the superior engineering skills of its creators at Croatia-based Rimac Automobili, founded in 2009.
Rimac Nevera reaches 275 km/h in reverse!
The electric monster Nevera’s latest achievement is a record-breaker in reverse. The 1,914-horsepower monster reached 275 kilometers per hour in reverse! This makes it unrivaled in this field. The record was recorded in Guiness.
But Nevera’s records are not limited to reversing speed. With mind-blowing acceleration figures, the Nevera can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 1.82 seconds. The hypercar continues to push the boundaries, accelerating from 0 to 200 km/h in just 4.42 seconds, 0 to 300 km/h in 9.23 seconds and finally 0 to 400 km/h in 21.32 seconds – a jaw-dropping achievement.
What’s more, the Nevera’s outstanding performance is also reflected in its braking capabilities. With Michelin Cup 2 R tires designed for road use, the hypercar breaks records not only in acceleration but also in deceleration. This all-round performance is a testament to the meticulous engineering and attention to detail that went into the creation of the Nevera.
With a price tag of over $2 million, the Rimac Nevera represents the pinnacle of automotive achievement. The acquisition of Bugatti, backed by Porsche, further cemented Rimac’s position as a dominant force in the electric hypercar market.
While there are other competitors in the field, Rimac’s Nevera undeniably stands out as a symbol of innovation, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the field of electric hypercars.
With each new record the Nevera reaffirms its status as a true marvel of automotive engineering. What do you think? Please don’t forget to share your thoughts with us in the comments.
