The Galaxy Watch 6 will make its appearance with the Exynos W980 processor
Samsung is expected to unveil many new products at the upcoming Unpacked event next month. One of these products, the Galaxy Watch 6, has already had several leaked details. Most recently, a source called WinFuture shared visuals related to the smartwatches.
According to previous leaked information, Samsung’s device will come with the Exynos W980. The processor, rumored to undergo a 5nm manufacturing process, will offer 10% faster performance than the Exynos W920 used in the Galaxy Watch 5 and Galaxy Watch 4 series.
According to information that emerged a few days ago, the Galaxy Watch 6 will provide irregular heart rate notifications. It will send notifications in cases of abnormally fast heart rate and will be used to search for signs of atrial fibrillation. However, it is stated that this feature will only be available in 13 designated countries.
Samsung included a 284mAh battery in the 40mm version of the Galaxy Watch 5. Based on previous information, the devices will offer a higher battery capacity. The company will use a sapphire crystal glass for the Galaxy Watch 6 Pro model, while leaked information suggests that Gorilla Glass 6 will be used in the standard models. Additionally, the Pro model will have a 1.4-inch Super AMOLED screen and a titanium body.
