Samsung unveiled its new smartphones and accessory products in February at the Galaxy Unpacked event. Following this, leaks about the new smartwatches began to emerge. Today, the screen specs for the Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 have been revealed. Here are the details…
Screen specs of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 unveils!
Samsung Galaxy Watch5 (44mm) and Watch5 Pro (46mm) models came with 1.4-inch screens with a resolution of 450 x 450 pixels and a pixel density of 321ppi. But according to recent leaks, Samsung is working on bringing back the rotating bezel and adding a larger screen for the upcoming Watch 6 series.
According to the leaks, the Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Classic model will come with a 1.47-inch screen and a higher resolution. This difference may seem small, but it represents about a 10% increase in size on paper. Therefore, the resolution will be reduced to 470 x 470 pixels to maintain the pixel density.
Previous leaks also revealed the battery capacities. Both the 44mm Watch 6 and 46mm Watch 6 Classic models are expected to have a capacity of 425mAh. By comparison, the current 44mm Watch5 model has a 410mAh battery, while the 46mm Pro model stands out with 590mAh.
