The first concrete information about Samsung’s new generation smartwatch Galaxy Watch 8 has emerged. While leaked test software shows that the development process of the device is nearing its end, examinations made on the model numbers confirmed that both Bluetooth and LTE supported versions of the Galaxy Watch 8 will be released.
Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 is coming soon
Following the model numbers SM-L310 and SM-L315 that Samsung previously used in the Galaxy Watch 7 series, the fact that codes such as SM-L320, SM-L330 and SM-L335U are seen in the new models shows that the company maintains its naming system. The version details in the test software indicated that the device was largely completed on the software side.

The previous model Galaxy Watch 7 attracted attention with its advanced health sensors and AI-supported sleep tracking features. The Watch 8 is expected to take these features even further. We expect smarter exercise tracking, a thinner design and advanced AI-supported health solutions to stand out in the new model.
Samsung is expected to introduce the Galaxy Watch 8 along with its next-generation foldable phones, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7, in July or August. While there is limited information about the technical details and innovations of the device, leaks indicate that the launch is very close.
