Samsung is continuing its testing of One UI 8 based on Android 16 without slowing down. Although this version is included in the new generation foldable models introduced on July 9, the update has not yet been widely distributed. Recent information reveals that the company has now started testing the update on a popular mid-range model.
Samsung has started One UI 8 testing for the Galaxy S23 FE
Samsung has begun One UI 8 testing for the Galaxy S23 FE. The phone has entered performance tests with the new version. In single-core tests, it scored 1,319 points, while in multi-core tests, it achieved 3,559 points.

Samsung has not yet confirmed when it will roll out the One UI 8 update on a wide scale. However, the fact that the Galaxy Z Fold 7, Flip 7, and Flip 7 FE models, introduced on July 9, come with this version out of the box suggests that the general rollout could begin soon. This means users may not have to wait long.
