Samsung is actively working on its Android 16-based One UI 8 update. While the South Korean company introduced this new version with its foldable models earlier this month, a wider distribution for other devices hasn’t started yet. Recently, Samsung began One UI 8 tests on two more of its smartphone models.
Galaxy F34 and Galaxy M36 Join One UI 8 Testing
Samsung has officially kicked off internal One UI 8 tests for the Galaxy F34 and M36. For now, this new version is being tested on the India models of the company’s budget-friendly phones. The build numbers being used are E346BXXU7EYG7 for the F34 and M366BXXU1BYG2 for the M36.

It’s not yet clear when Samsung will widely release the One UI 8 update. However, the fact that the Galaxy Z Fold 7, Flip 7, and Flip 7 FE models, introduced on July 9th, come pre-installed with this version, strongly indicates that the update will reach other models soon.
