Samsung announces first beta of One UI 8 Watch
The main focus of One UI Watch 8 is health features, which makes sense given the increasing emphasis on health in wearable technology.

New features include the Bedtime Guide, which helps users establish and maintain consistent, optimal sleep schedules by creating a personalized bedtime window based on lifestyle and sleep patterns.
Another key feature is Vascular Load, which measures the stress on the vascular system during sleep to provide deeper insights into heart health.
The Run Coach feature offers personalized training programs and real-time guidance based on fitness levels, tailored for running enthusiasts. Additionally, the Antioxidant Index can measure carotenoid levels in just five seconds using the Galaxy Watch sensors.
Samsung states the beta program is available in Korea and the US for Galaxy Watch 5 series and later models. The stable release is expected next month.
