Skoda has unveiled a new vision that will solidify its leadership in Europe’s station wagon market. Building on the success achieved with the Octavia and Superb Combi models, the brand unveiled its Vision O all-electric station wagon concept in Munich. This vehicle is the first concept to showcase the next generation of Skoda’s “Modern Solid” design language.
Skoda Vision O unveiled
The Vision O features a minimalist design shaped by simple forms and clean lines. The vehicle’s aerodynamics have been optimized for efficiency and long range. The illuminated Skoda logo on the front hood and the Tech-loop light signature that wraps around the front fascia are striking.

Measuring 4850 mm in length, 1900 mm in width, and 1500 mm in height, the concept boasts a wide and aerodynamic profile. Active front shutters, side vents for air extraction, aerodynamic wheels, and concealed door handles all contribute to its high aerodynamic performance.
The rear of the vehicle features a T-shaped LED light signature, reflecting the Modern Solid design language. The illuminated logo on the front and the continuous light line connected to the Tech-loop face mask make the vehicle instantly recognizable.
Skoda’s “Cyber Lights” lighting system adds a distinctive appearance to the Vision O. The illuminated logo on the hood and the sliding headlights function as part of the welcome and farewell animations. Animated indicators in the headlights, fenders, and side mirrors act as turn signals when autonomous driving mode is engaged, providing information to other road users with special patterns.
The interior has been designed with a completely new concept. The Vision O stands out with its luggage capacity of over 650 liters. This volume increases to 1,700 liters when the seats are folded. A minimalist design emphasizes simplicity and spaciousness.
The interior’s versatile “Calm Mode” creates an ideal environment for relaxation by adjusting the seating configuration and ambient lighting. In this mode, the seats can be moved back to provide additional space.
The Vision O’s autonomous driving capability allows it to independently manage all driving tasks, except in challenging conditions such as heavy rain and low visibility. The vehicle’s AI digital assistant, Laura, guides both the driver and passengers. Laura integrates with all the vehicle’s assistance and comfort features, offering route suggestions based on the passenger’s mood and current driving situation.
